REPRESENTATIVES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are pleased to make available to you the Distributors Advantage All Stars Rep Program from 1st May 2025 to 30th April 2026 (both dates inclusive).
The Program
The primary goal of the Distributors Advantage All Stars Rep Program is to award Distributor Reps for selling supplier products into their retailers. Reps can earn points for All Star supplier product training, enablement activities and sales achievements. The Program may be referred to as The Distributors Advantage All Stars or Advantage All Stars (“The Program”).
Eligible Participants
The Program is open to The Distributors Representatives (“Participants”) who have been approved by The Distributors. If, during the Program Period, the Participant’s status changes so that they are no longer eligible to participate in the Program, they will be excluded from the Program. Reps will be automatically allocated to a group based on their branch spend size. Small <$24m & Large >$24m.
There are four tiers with the following standard point allocation;
Tier 1 ($1.6-3Million) - .25 points per $2.00 sold
Tier 2 ($1Million-1.6Million) - .50 points per $2.00 sold
Tier 3 ($600k-$1Million) - .75 points per $2.00 sold
Tier 4 (<$600k) - 1.25 points per $2.00 sold
Tier 4* (<$600k and less than 90 calls) - 4 points per $2.00 sold
Sales points are capped periodically at 130,000 points. The cap will be reset each earning period.
There are three tiers with the following core range point allocation;
Tier 1 – 1,000 points
Tier 2 – 2,000 points
Tier 3 & 4 – 4,000 points

Program Award
Participants who fully and completely meet the Program Requirements will be eligible to receive the Program Award: points towards The Distributors All Stars supplier product training, enablement activities, and sales achievements ("Award"). Points earned are only valid for approved activities as outlined and completed on the The Distributor Advantage All Stars website. Points will be awarded once each activity is completed and verified by The Distributors. The awarding of points is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the Program.
Reconciliation of the awarded points may occur at any time and without notice to ensure the integrity of the Program is maintained. This may include a change in points balance, either negative or positive, to correct previously awarded points. The Distributors reserves the right to review, adjust, and revoke any awarded points if it is determined that the points were earned inappropriately or without proper verification.
Program Reward
Additional terms relating to the prizes “Rewards” apply; and is subject to further terms and conditions relating to its use, or manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
Auction
Duration: The duration of our auctions varies and will be prominently published for each auction.
"Auction Period" as deemed in these terms and conditions is defined as the period of time in which the auction is live and open for bidding. Reps and Sales Managers will compete in the auction (small and large).
Early Termination: An auction may at our sole discretion be terminated at any time without notice and for any reason.
Bidding Increments: You may bid your Distributors Advantage All Stars auction points in set increments above any current bid.
Bidding: Bidding is a binding legal contract in most states. By placing a bid on this system, you agree that you will redeem your Distributors Advantage All Stars auction points in the amount that you bid should you be the highest bidder at closing. Bidding on the wrong item, changing your mind, or bidding a few more points than you wished, among others, are not grounds for bid retraction. Items may periodically be removed by The Distributors in its sole discretion, before or during the auction. The Distributors reserves the right to reject bids, in its sole discretion.
You will only be able to be the winning bid on one (1) item at a time, per auction.
If you are unsuccessful in winning the item you are bidding on, then the points you bid will be automatically returned to your account. The winning bidder will have those points automatically deducted from their account by The Distributors. Failure to maintain the proper number of points in your account may result in permanent suspension.
Your points will continue to accumulate for the Reps Leaderboard point earning, regardless of any auction activity. Therefore, any bids you make in the online Auction will have zero impact to your leaderboard position.
Points may also be reversed where a transaction is cancelled by the Retailer, or a refund is given by The Distributors Warehouses. This may mean if the credit happens in the following quarter the rep will start with a negative balance.
Auction Closings: Following the close of an auction, if you were the highest bidder, you will be contacted to confirm your winning bid. You will be required to provide/confirm your shipping information and you will receive your prize within 28 business days.
Returns: All items are redeemed "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" and all auctions are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed. The descriptions of items appearing in the auction and in related advertising are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any statements made by The Distributors shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied.
Auction End Warning and Communications: Regardless of equipment, internet connection speed, technical ability, dexterity, or countdown time displayed, or email deliverability, auctions will close at the stated time. Winner will be as stated on the Auction page at close.
Representative of the Year Leaderboard
The Representative Leaderboard period will start May 1st, 2025, and end April 30th, 2026 (both dates inclusive). We will have two leaderboards: Large Branch and Small Branch. Top the Rep of the year leaderboard by earning the most points within the reward period. If you top the leaderboard, you will win a share of $25,000 in prizes. The leaderboard will be hidden from your All Stars Dashboard two months prior to the end of the earning period. The top three Reps on the leaderboard at the end of the earning period will be invited to The Distributors Annual Conference where the winner will be announced. The top winners are best overall from both large and small groups.
The first-place winner in the Large and Small Branch groups will receive a $15,000 voucher, the second-place winner will receive a $7,000 voucher, and the third-place winner will receive $3,000. The top ten earners after the first three spots will each receive a $1,000 voucher for Large and Small Branch. Winners will be able to choose from Red Balloon, Luxury Escapes, Flight Centre, and eMastercard vouchers.
Procedure for breaking ties
In the unlikely event of a tie in scoring after conclusion of the Distributors Advantage All Stars earning period, a winner among the tying Entries will be selected based on the first person to achieve the highest point balance. Judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to select fewer than the stated number of winners if there is an insufficient number of eligible Entries, or an insufficient number of eligible Entries meeting the minimum Judging Criteria.
Winner selection and notification
Potential winner(s) will be determined before the end of the earning period and notified by direct contact via their registered member details provided.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is contacted and does not respond in a timely manner with all required information, or fails to claim the prize as directed within the time allotted following attempted notification, refuses the prize, is ineligible to accept the prize, is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if the attempted prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize at issue will be forfeited and, at The Distributors sole discretion, not awarded or awarded to an alternate winner with the next highest‐ranking entry based on judging.
A Participant is not a winner, even if a prize notification is received, unless and until the Participant’s eligibility and the potential winning Entry has been verified and the Participant is notified that verification is complete. Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules.
Reward(s) Error Policy
This Reward(s) error policy (the “Reward Error Policy”) applies to each Participant in The Distributors Advantage Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in Reward(s) descriptions or values. In this event, The Distributors reserves the right to notify you of the correct description or value before Reward(s) is shipped. The Reward(s) Error Policy requires prompt mitigation and recovery of all Reward(s)s issued in error for any reason; including, but not limited to data inaccuracy, inaccurate Reward Points’ valuation, processing error or miscommunication. The Reward(s) Error Policy requires immediate steps be taken to mitigate loss by reversing Reward Points deposited to Participant accounts in error, placing a hold on delivery and fulfillment of Reward(s), and/or cancelling Reward(s) orders. As a result of error mitigation steps, a Participant may have a negative Reward Points account balance. A Participant can restore his or her Reward Points’ account to a positive balance by receiving further Reward Points; or participants may elect to be credited Reward Points by returning Reward(s) previously received by the Participant.
If a Participant attains Reward(s) through the The Distributors Advantage All Stars Program in a way that contravenes the program terms (this may be via a technical error or security vulnerability exposed by the participant) then The Distributors reserves the right to notify you of the correct description or value before Reward(s) is shipped. Where incorrect Reward(s) are received by the Participant before the error is discovered, The Distributors reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the Reward(s) where possible.
Program Requirements and Claims
- The Distributors will provide the Award to a Participant who meets the Program Requirements and has made a Claim for the Award. The Program Requirements are as follows: Eligible Representatives are required to register their inclusion in the Program at the All Stars Website.
- To have a valid claim for the Award, the Participant must be in good standing with The Distributors and Suppliers at the time of the claim. The Participant must not be in breach of these Terms or any other agreement they have in place with The Distributors and must demonstrate to The Distributors' satisfaction that they have fully and completely met the Program Requirements ("Claim"). For a Participant’s Claim to be valid, it must also be made in accordance with these Terms and all terms contained in the Program materials, including any relevant instructions or deadlines.
- The Distributors reserve the right to verify all claims and to reject any claim that does not meet the Program Requirements or is submitted in breach of these Terms. Any false or misleading claims may result in disqualification from the Program and/or Award.
Program Communications
By opting into the Distributors Advantage All Stars Rep Program and accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to receive regular marketing communications by email and SMS. You can opt out of these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the footer of all emails or replying STOP to SMS communications.
General Terms
- Unless a different governing law is stated to apply in the specific terms of a Program, the terms and conditions of the Program are governed by the laws in Australia as applicable.
- The Distributors reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without further notice. Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, the eligible The Distributors inclusions in the Program may be changed or substituted at any time.
- The Distributors has the right, in its absolute discretion, to deny any award or claim to entitlement under the Program and/or may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Program if The Distributors (in its absolute discretion) determines that such Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices. This includes any action that attempts to manipulate or circumvent the Program’s rules, processes, or procedures.
- The Distributors, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, will have no liability to, and will be held harmless by, any Participant making a Claim under the Program for any loss, damage, or liability, directly or indirectly related to the acceptance, possession, delivery, use, or misuse of any award, product, or benefit granted under the Program. This exclusion of liability applies to all direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
- All decisions by The Distributors are final.
- The Program is void to the extent prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law. If a portion of the Program is found to be prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law, only that portion of the Program will be void.
- Any disputes, legal claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program will be resolved individually, without any resort to any form of class action.
- The Distributors is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail (including email) nor for any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in any technical platforms or means of electronic transmission used in the publication or Participation of the Program.
- If The Distributors collects any personal data of a Participant or Sponsor because of their participation in this Program, The Distributors will deal with that data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The Distributors will have no liability to any Participant, or other person under the Program or otherwise for lost profits, loss of use, lost or corrupted data, loss of goodwill or for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising in connection with or under the Program and/or the Program terms and conditions, even if The Distributors has been notified of such losses or damages.
- Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Representative. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Representative's responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Representative may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Incentive Program.
- The Distributors reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Program website or through other appropriate means of communication to Participants. Where possible, The Distributors will provide notice of material changes to these Terms in a reasonable manner. However, it is the responsibility of Participants to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any modifications or updates. By continuing to participate in the Program after any changes to the Terms, Participants agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If a Participant does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease participation in the Program.
By clicking “I Agree” upon registration, you as an active participant in the program is indicating you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and The Program.

SALES MANAGERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are pleased to make available to you the Distributors Advantage All Stars Rep Program from 1st May 2025 to 30th April 2026 (both dates inclusive).
The Program
The primary goal of the Distributors Advantage All Stars Sales Manager Program is to award Distributor Sales Managers for encouraging their reps to earn points in the Distributors Advantage All Stars Program. Each Sales Managers will earn the average of the points their reps earn. These points can be used to bid in the online auction. Sales managers need to have 70% of their reps engaged to participate in the auctions. The Program may be referred to as The Distributors Advantage All Stars or Advantage All Stars (“The Program”).
Eligible Participants
All currently employed Distributor Sales Managers are eligible to participate. The Program is open to all currently employed Distributor Sales Managers. The principal of the business will nominate the Sales Managers to participate.
Participants who fully and completely meet the Program Requirements will be eligible to receive the Program Award: points towards The Distributors All Stars supplier product training, enablement activities, and sales achievements ("Award"). Points earned are only valid for approved activities as outlined and completed on the The Distributor Advantage All Stars website. Sales Managers who fully and completely meet the Program Requirements will be eligible to receive the Program award. Each sales manager will receive an average of their team’s points balance to be used in the auction. ("Award"). If there is more than one sales manager nominated, they will each earn the average of their whole team’s accumulated points.
For example, if a branch has 10 reps who each earn 10,000 points, then the total points earned by the whole team will be 100,000 points. The sales manager’s points will be the average of this (100,000/10 = 10,000 points). This same rule will apply to all sales managers in the branch.

Your branch will be measured on branch engagement over the earning period. If your branch tops the branch leaderboard, they will earn $30,000 cash. $25,000 to invest back into the business and $5,000 for a team dinner. This will be distributed as a Restaurant Gift Card ("Award").
The branch score is calculated based on the total number of reps in your branch vs those engaged in the program. For example, Month 1: 42% reps engaged, Month 2: 50% reps engaged = Total progress score 92. This will contribute to 50% of your branch leaderboard status. The remaining 50% is measured by supplier vote.

BRANCHES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are pleased to make available to you the Distributors Advantage All Stars Rep Program from 1st May 2025 to 30th April 2026 (both dates inclusive).
The Program
The primary goal of the Distributors Advantage All Stars Branch Owners Program is to award Distributor Branch Owners for encouraging their Sales Managers(s) and Reps to engage at a high level in the Distributors All Stars Rep Program to earn the Ultimate All-Star Branch of the Year Award. The Branch can earn up to $30,000, $25,000 to invest back into the business and $5,000 for a team dinner. The Program may be referred to as The Distributors Advantage All Stars or Advantage All Stars (“The Program”).
Eligible Participants
The Program is open to all Branch Owners currently employed by the Distributors.
If, during the Program Period, the Participant’s status changes so that they are no longer eligible to participate in the Program, they will be excluded from the Program. Branches will compete within their allocated group, based on branch spend Small <$24m & Large >$24m. You will be automatically allocated to your group upon registration.
If a sales manager is no longer eligible to participate in the program, the branch owner must inform the support inbox of a change of Sales Manager. If the branch owner does not inform the program host of the change, The Distributors is not responsible for any rewards the sales manager may have received since the change.
Program Award

The branch leaderboard constitutes 50% of your selection criteria to becoming the Ultimate All-Star Branch of the Year. The remaining 50% is based on supplier member vote which is not allocated until the end of the promotional period.
The branch leaderboard score is calculated based on the total number of reps in your branch vs those engaged in the program. For example, Month 1: 42% reps engaged, Month 2: 50% reps engaged = Total progress score 92.

- The Program is void to the extent prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law. If a portion of the Program is found to be prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law, only that portion of the Program will be void.
- Any disputes, legal claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program will be resolved individually, without any resort to any form of class action.
- The Distributors is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail (including email) nor for any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in any technical platforms or means of electronic transmission used in the publication or Participation of the Program.
- If The Distributors collects any personal data of a Participant or Sponsor because of their participation in this Program, The Distributors will deal with that data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The Distributors will have no liability to any Participant, or other person under the Program or otherwise for lost profits, loss of use, lost or corrupted data, loss of goodwill or for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising in connection with or under the Program and/or the Program terms and conditions, even if The Distributors has been notified of such losses or damages.
- Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Branches. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Branches responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Branches may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Incentive Program.
- The Distributors reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Program website or through other appropriate means of communication to Participants. Where possible, The Distributors will provide notice of material changes to these Terms in a reasonable manner. However, it is the responsibility of Participants to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any modifications or updates. By continuing to participate in the Program after any changes to the Terms, Participants agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If a Participant does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease participation in the Program.
By clicking “I Agree” upon registration, you as an active participant in the program is indicating you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and The Program.
